If you want to understand more about your product, we are here for you. HRSI offers a number of tests which can tell you more about your product. We offer testing for moisture content both capacitance based and the more definitive oven based (loss on drying) . Additionally, we provide testing for water activity (aw), which can in most cases provide a more accurate outlook on shelf life and a products ability to hold its quality in storage. If you have doubts about cup quality we can perform extensive sensory evaluations through our licensed Q Grader. Other tests we have the capability of performing but aren't limited to: bulk density, agtron reading, and green grading.
